1. Film Selection. Browse through our hundreds of design until you find the one that fits you.

2. Once the parts are received, we prep for primer and painting. Sanding is done if necessary.

3. Once all parts have been removed of dirt, sand, oil and grease, a primer will be applied. This allows a strong surface for the paint layer to attach to.

4. Following the clean and priming process we dry the part in out custom heat cabinet. Once dried, which is approximately 15 minutes for most parts, a base layer of paint is sprayed onto the part. All paint is applied to match the selected pattern. Such as brown is used for wood grain and green and tan for camo patterns.

5. After drying, the actual dipping process takes place. The selected film is cut to length and laid out on top of the water in our custom built dipping tank. Once once in place, an activator is applied to film. The activator turns the film into essentially liquid ink. Once fully activated, we then submerged the selected part into the liquid allowing the ink to bond with the prepped surface.

6. The selected part is then washed with hot water and dried thoroughly.

7. Finally, a clear coat is applied to the product. We can apply a basic matte finish coat all the way to a high gloss finish. This adds an extra layer of protection to the part and ensure years of quality
